Post Bill from IMS to AMS

Only 1 user can perform posting at a time. This is a posting control feature.
When 2 users acess and do posting at the same time, error message may appear.
Then Administrator has to login to clear the error message.

Option available for user to post bill from IMS to AMS

• only bill number (select sort by bill no.)
• only customer (select sort by customer no.)
• only period (select sort by period)
