To disable update basic rate from Personnel Profile

1) Payroll in-charge has to untick the update basic rate at Month End Update Table to disable the standard update function.

2) Testing

Personnel Profile – basic rate is zero.

July payslip – basic rate key as $500

Done July month end process

Aug payslip still shows $500
