2) Using Earned Leave in Leave Application

Ticked means system will auto calculate newly joined staff annual leave balance within the current year in the employee portal.

Example > New staff is entitled to 12 days annual leave for one year.
If staff works for 2 months, system will generate (2 m / 12 m x 12 AL) = 2 days.
Staff cannot apply for more than 2 days leave (i.e no advance leave is allowed).
