Edit, Insert, Delete Transactions & Regenerate Numbers

To delete unwanted transaction, user has to replace the ref. no. with more than 5* and also has to edit the debit entry and credit entry with zero amount.

1) To delete posted transactions at Edit & Insert Transaction

Example – to delete Transaction 1 and 2 (in red).

Repeat Step 6 to Step 10 to remove the 2nd Transaction (in red).

3) To regenerate Batch Transaction Numbers which are not in running order
