User Maintenance , User Defined Menu & Password
Administrator to maintain user (add or edit or delete), password and access rights.
1) User Administration
At General Setup, click User Maintenance, User Administrator.
3) To create User
At User Maintenance, click Company ID (eg IAF.A)
4) To edit User
At User Maintenance, click Company ID (eg IAF.A). Select User to edit
5) To delete User
At User Maintenance, click Company ID (eg IAF.A). Select User to delete.
6) To enable Ledger Policy
Tick to allow user access rights to chart of accounts.
Untick to disallow user access rights. (option to mark or unmark).
7) User Defined Menu
Click submit to save changes of any tick or untick from Level 1 to Level 3.
Below tick at boxes are subject to changes (at the discretion of Administrator).
a) Level 1 (user access right)
b) Level 2 (user access right)
c) Level 3
8) Change Password
